For orders under £50 we have the following delivery charges:
Royal Mail tracked 48 – £3.25
Royal Mail tracked 24 – £4.25
Special Delivery costs from £11.95. Please contact the office on 01775 711095 or 07438 142867 once you have placed an order using Special Delivery to confirm we have received your order and to confirm your expected shipping/delivery date.
International delivery charges vary and will be applied at the checkout. Due to the number of international orders being lost we now find ourselves having to send all international orders via tracked delivery and the cost of this is reflected in the delivery charge. We endeavour to dispatch all International orders within 24 hours and delivery is usually within 5 days anywhere around the world however it can take as long as 2 weeks on occasions. If you have any problems or questions then do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to help.
Since Brexit the law requires that there is now import VAT to be paid on all European Union delivery destinations. Due to this our European customers may find they need to pay this charge before any order is delivered. Our French customers are now able to pay the tax due at the time of ordering so we have implemented this on the site. We now charge the tax which we will forward on so delivery to the customer will not be held up and no other fees applied. Furthermore from 1st July 2026 the European Government have added a new €3 flat-rate customs duty to every HS Tariff Code which essentially means that we have to pay an additional €3 plus, just to ship your order. Due to this we have added €3 to the delivery charge.
Since 29th August 2025 US Tariffs have been imposed and all US Tariffs have to be paid for at time of arranging delivery by law. Due to this we are charging the required US Tariffs for USA orders and the Tariff will be forwarded on by us so delivery to the customer will not be held up and no other fees applied. This is something that is out of our control and imposed by the United States government.
