Navel Candling is popular in many Spa’s and often accompanies a massage on the abdomen. These candles are made with 100% pure beeswax, Linen and also contain essential oils. They are used in the same way as ear candles except that they are placed in the belly button and are said to:

I’ll be very surprised if these navals candles don’t seriously catch on, they’re amazing. And I intent to make them a regular routine. Hopi Candles 4 U are equally brilliant – I don’t buy my ear/naval candles from anywhere else.

Naval Candles I am not sure about this therapy. I need to find out more information about it. But that said I found when using them on myself that they were effective although a little bit uncomfortable. I need to practise the therapy more to give a fairer review.

Not being an expert on these things have used the ear candles for a while and had good results so thought would try the naval ones they did give a weird sensation in the stomach area and appears to have had some beneficial effects would use again
